"Apaulling service. I have used this chemist twice hoping the first complete stuff up was a one off but unfortunately not. Both times l was told my script would be a 15 minute wait but l ended up waiting 35 and 45 minutes. This time my script sat on the counter for 10 minutes while the assistant played with stickers and giggled with the pharmacist. No apology from anyone for my inconvience. I asked for an information sheet but didn't get one. Care factor from the staff is ZERO. Two strikes and out. I will be on deaths door before they get another penny from me."
"Today is Labor Day a public holiday. The website would suggest they are open as the public holiday trading hours does not say otherwise, like it does for Easter. I have an authority script that dictates when I can collect repeats. They do not answer the phone, they do not update the website with accurate information. For the love of god DO NOT LEAVE YOUR SCRIPT WITH THEM OR YOU WILL SUFFER WAITING FOR THEM TO ANSWER THE PHONE OR OPEN THE STORE THE NEXT DAY, WHICHEVER COMES FIRST AS THERE IS NO COMMUNICATION."
