"If i could give 0 stars i would. Have been trying to access my storage shed for about a month now. Have called and emailed and they have either put me on hold every time or no response at all. Eventually managed to get through to someone and no one is available to pull the box down - now have to wait longer. would not recommend"

"They had one job, to store my stuff, and they failed. All separate incidents: - Their online booking system assigns you a time to pickup your stuff, but when you arrive the warehouse has not been told you're coming. - They say arrive between 11 & 1 or you'll be charged extra, but when you arrive at 12.30 they're closed. - If you call the phone number you get voicemail. Ridiculous! (edit) actually 1 star is a little harsh, I save that for worst possible outcome. Revised to 2 stars + a 3rd for them replying to this review with an offer of assistance. Although, it seems to be a generic copy paste job as it's not relevant to my situation and no attempt was made to contact me directly. Still won't use their service again, and still recommend looking for an alternative where possible."

"Very happy with my experience. Would definitely use them again. I had my things in storage for just over 12 months and I was worried that after all the rain this summer that my things may have become mouldy. Thankfully everything was exactly the same as the day I packed it. They were very easy to work with and obviously kept my things safe and secure."
