They were patting themselves on the back saying more women finish the course then men(I wonder why) I left because in the class room the women would not shut up and I couldn't hear myself think. Lost my money in the end, and the other men I spoke to were also secretly complaining about it too, too scared to speak up because we don't want to offended anyone do we. We all know how that goes."

"Just completed my three day Rigid Haul Truck training at Major Training today. Despite this industry area being entirely new to me my trainers Chris, Brett and Jai assisted me on every level. My inexperience of driving heavy equipment prior to completing this training was at times very confronting to me, if not overwhelming. Without exception all the trainers encouraged me to place me concerns aside and to push through and complete the task(s) placed in front of us all. Each trainer offering insightful assessment and helpful techniques to move through problem areas before completing daily assessments. Many solutions drawn from their own vast experience.
