"Super friendly and knowledgeable piercers, I highly recommend going in for any piercing or re-piercing needs! I walked in with to ask a question about setting up a time to re-pierce my nose after having my piercing out for a few weeks. To my surprise, I walked out about 10 mins later with my nose pierced and a better nose ring than I had in before. They knew what they were taking about, we’re stoked to help, and it was great experience all around."

"Absolutely unacceptable standards of piercing. I had my Medusa done here yesterday and I could immediately tell that the piercing was done crooked. The jewellery in my ball was facing at an upwards angle and was very VERY obviously not done straight. I raised this concern with the piercer who had the audacity to tell me with a straight face that it should become straight when it heals. I’ve had piercings done so many times by other studios and I know when something isn’t done right; instead of offering to fix her mistake she ushered me out of the door and said to come back in a few weeks when it’s healed. A piercing done at an angle .. will never become straight even when it’s healed. I had to go straight to the piercing studio across the street the next day to get it removed because again- it was crooked, the bar was entirely too short (hence why my lip blew up like a balloon cause there was no room to heal) and it had been bleeding constantly. When I went to get a refund the girls on the desk kept trying to come up with reasons and excuses as to why this wasn’t done right and kept offering a free re-pierce. Unsure why I’d get it re-pierce when my first experience was a disaster. Absolutely would not recommend"
