"I found the shop assistant (no name) to be quite rude. No smile, seemed as though she judged my pocket before I purchased anything. I was admiring a ring but it was the incorrect size- Her words were "the ring you like is quite cheap enough" and proceeded to tell me I could have it resized and quoted me on this to which I accepted. The price then increased AFTER she took my credit card apparently due to the number of sizes it needed to increase by-which I have no problem with-but tell me at the time, not after you take my credit card. The ring was then sized down instead of up and needed to be redone resulting in delays. I love the ring, disliked the service and manner in which I was spoken to and made to feel."
