"Today afternoon, I brought my hubby to the SMITHFIELD Qld Xray branch after a visit to our GP as an Xray was needed for him. It's our 1st time in this branch. To my surprised, as I was not the Xray patient,.I was told to wait outside the centre which was freaking hot around 34 C real feel. I thought that was very inconsiderate and rather rude of the receptionist plus there's only 4 people including us at the waiting area. I was at another QLD Xray branch that's next to Spotlight 2 weeks back and it's rather full with hardly any seats at the waiting area. Many was accompanied by their partners also and their partners who were not the X ray patients were not told to wait outside the centre. I felt being discriminated and saddened with such treatment."
