"Ronnie and Shanae were wonderful in assisting me choose the glasses I was looking for - light and comfortable. Particularly Ronnie as she helped me the first day I came in, picking out a few options & writing them down on my file. When I came back, Shanae helped me and Ronnie again to help me choose (hard decisions!). And they stayed back a bit to finish my sale and fitting."

"Terrible store. Unfriendly front of shop staff and the optometrist was not much better. One week later to pick up my glasses they didn't fit and had to remake them again. At least the store did make good the mistake. Supplied a case that is too small for the glasses and the case doesn't close properly leaving a gap. Probably will not support this particular store again as the complex has another few choices close by."

"I normally don't write reviews but feeling the need to after my experience. I was greeted by rude lady Vanessa. I was in a lot of pain and worried about my vision as I could not open my eyes for more than a second. She told me go away until 9am. I asked if i could sit on one of the 10 empty seats for the 20mins wait. At 9am she then told me there was no appointment available until 10am and go away to the food court that i couldn't wait here. I told her i was going to wait on my seat for the 55mins as there was no one using any of the seats and i cant get around because my eyes won't open. She said it will get too busy. Only 2 other people used some of the other chairs in the 55mins i waited. I think a stray dog would have been treated better. She upset me a lot which caused my eyes to string more. She then started hassling me about payment. I told her I just paid $270 on lenses I'm due an after care appointment for free. She said no i needed to pay. Then a few mins later she walked past my seat and side some rude side comment about me not having to pay. Male optometrist was very good he treated me really well and very helpful even when I was stressed and emotional after my way I was treated by Vanessa. Guy at the till Rob was also nice and polite."

"I don't often give 5 stars but I have to say the two Smithfield spec saver staff who looked after me last weekend - really deserve 5 stars. Firstly the optometrist Teng was wonderful. I have never had a more informative and thorough examination of my eyes in all the years I have had glasses, he truly was wonderful and a very gentle soul as well. I have a condition called graves disease and he was so helpful explaining things my eyes are doing that even my specialist hadn't mentioned. Then I had Ronny, a lovely and very helpful young lady who took the time to help me choose my 3 pair of glasses. As I can't see properly without glasses - trying on frames becomes quite difficult- she was so patient and so helpful. I would recommend that you see both these people as they both gave outstanding service 5 stars doesnt really seem enough more like 10 stars for both of them."
