Reviews
"Very friendly staff and patients, most of the times they have to deal with very unfriendly customers, toilets not up to date"
"The long-haired untidy male attendant’s customer service skills are awful. I was received (no greeting/hello) this afternoon to purchase goods. The attendant had then flicked the goods across the counter to me, no thank you/have a nice day/goodbye - no dialect at all. I had not provoked or had been impolite whatsoever to this staff member. The next female customer was greeted with a nice “Hello” directly after my transaction. Horrible customer service experience this afternoon."
"Most expensive petrol in Cairns and rude ignorant attendants especially Dawn. They need training to accept G'Day Rewards discount app which promotes Shell petrol and Coles Express Service Stations. Save your time and money and find another petrol station!"
"Indian owned and i know cigarettes have gone up, but to charge $78 for a pack of 40 when the retail is only $60 means they are ripping people off. They are even $18 over the recomended price so they profit at least $20 for a pack of smokes? Typical Indians. Will report to ACCC monday morning."
"Its open 24hrs and they have pretty much everything you might need to get on the way home. Within reason of course. I just don't think the fuel is cheap compared to others even with the discount"
