"Came here on Saturday arvo with the family (1st July) during school holidays, the place is absolutely packed obviously... but I must say the food and drinks are always on point when we come here. All the staff were fast, efficent, friendly even though they're under the pump and even though a small mistake was made we were more than compensated by the FOH managers and that level of professionalism is few and far between in Cairns. We will be back forever we appreciate the FOH and BOH team you guys rock!"
"Suggested to me by a family friend. Wonderful hotel in Cairns. Staff were lively on arrival and seated us quickly without having to have a booking even though they were quite busy. The hotel has the'order and pay' option available from your table, which helps if it's a busy night and avoids having to lineup to order. Once we had ordered, we were surprised at how quickly our food was presented at the table. The food was great, portions sizes were more than adequate, reasonably priced, and had a vibrant atmosphere. Venue was clean and welcoming. The balcony seating area was fantastic. It's definitely worth a mention, and the recommendation was spot on I will be going back, I hope sooner than later."
