"We came for coffee and the view. The coffee was so weak and terrible. We spoke to the staff who offered to make again but I said will it be same outcome she said yes. I asked for an extra shot so it would take like coffee but wanted to charge us more. Then had the hide to say we didn't order large size. I informed her that I was not aware of the size options. We do not recommend having coffee here despite the amazing view. McDonald's coffee is more palatable."
"Love this place. If you join their Captain's Club you get emailed some good details including birthday specials which I used on my last visit. The staff were terrific but I could only give 4 stars because they were a bit understaffed and we were asked to find our table on our own; just too busy for them to handle. Love the atmosphere and my steak was perfect. They had no issues accommodating our dietary issues. We will definitely be back; just maybe not on a Thursday. Too busy."
"The Bluewater is a strong contender for the best Arancini Balls in Cairns. Would be even better with rocket instead of spinach. Great selection of cocktails, happy staff and great atmosphere overlooking the marina. Live music was phenomenal. 10/10 every time!"
"Been here a few times- enjoyed everything- we stayed inside with the aircon. Great service and enjoyed the food. Steak cooked as asked and the mushroom sauce was very tasty. I asked to take my sticky date dessert home. It took 2 days to eat!! Very delish.."
"Absolutely beautiful and large venue but it was empty and only three tables of people were at the venue , one couple was having lunch but as the menu was of unsatisfactory price range I can honestly say I would only dine here if a membership incentive was introduced. Needs customers and flow of business. Staff looked bored and very very professional which can be a little off putting when wanting to support your local as much as the economy allows but stereotypes and bias create a stuck up vibe. Sincerely Gen Z Active community member"
