"Bought pizza the other week and got really really upset when I called up the shop to complain about lots of long pieces of hair all over my pizza. I was than laughed at by the manager when all I wanted to do was call for a complaint and to just be heard. Some lady manager was on that night. Honestly disrespected so much I couldn't believe it. Will never go back ever again never seen worse customer service in my life. My pizzas went straight into the bin that night. Absolutely disgusting"

"Our pizza was never delivered. The delivery driver didn't even attempt to come into the open access block of units. From what we can ascertain from the security cameras he ditched them at the letterboxes and the transients in the front units took them. We went out to the road to look for him when we realised and he was sitting in his car up the road. We were obviously out there looking around for our pizza. He drove off before we could approach. Darker complexion with a beat up white car. Was carrying a red reusuable shopping bag of some sort. We tried to call store but no answer. Luckily paypal refunded straight away and we ordered from Domino's instead. Honestly pathetic"

"Long story short. Order at 7:30pm and delivery arrived at 10:00pm. I never experience this with Pizza Hut, never again will I order from lakes Pizza Hut."

"We have has a few pizzas from the Hut over the last couple of months but tonight I received my regular order of a Butchers Block pizza which was very disappointing. Called the shop and spoke with a very apologetic employee (I'm so sorry I missed his name) who said he would inform his manager who was currently on break. I asked when I'd receive a call back and he said 15 minutes. I received the call back in about 2 minutes and Aiden apologised and requested photo evidence of the sub par pizza which I provided over the phone while I was still speaking with him. He agreed that the pizza was not up to standard and personally remade a replacement which was delivered not long after my phone call. This pizza was much better. We sent the below average pizza back with the delivery driver in the hopes that it provides valuable feedback for other staff members. Thank you to all the staff at Pizza Hut at the Lakes.
