"I want to put 0 for everyone. They never have our order until 12pm its ridiculous 4 times now We order online in a row before they open which is 11:30 Don't waste your they are so so slow. Never has changed and never will I complained 4 times nothing has happened."

"Online order placed at 5.30pm…. Pizzas not delivered by 8.30pm. Tried phoning the store multiple times from 6.30pm - no answer. Had to drive to the store where we were advised there’d be another 15 minute wait before they could start making the pizzas. Order cancelled and we were advised a refund will be in our account the following day. Long line of angry customers who had also ordered at 5.30pm with no pizzas! Disgusting service. You’ve lost a regular customer. Got Maccas instead and had our food within 5 minutes."

"We ordered a delivery order on the website at around 6:30 and the pick up time was estimated at around 7:45. We knew it was a busy night because there was origin on but thought it wouldnt take more time than it did. we tried calling the store numerous times but they would never pick up. We waited over an hour past the pick up time until we gave in and drove to the store. when we got there we asked about our order and they hadnt even started making it. it was only 3 pizzas and a garlic bread. Terrible wait time and they straight away asked us to cancel the order and get a refund. We waited over two hours from when we thought we would get the order. absolutely poor service. will nit be ordering from here again."

"I ordered a delivery for two pizzas and two sides on a Monday evening and waited 1h 20m as nothing arrived. Giving up I phoned the store asking for the order to be cancelled and my money refunded. An employee said they "could arrange that" and sure enough the order never arrived. Unacceptably though my money was not refunded. No pizza and my money taken. Very poor performance Pizza Hut! Update: I contacted Pizza Hut Australia chasing my refund. With zero acknowledgement of anything I reported to them, their only response was to email me an unwanted voucher for a medium cheese pizza if I ordered a large pizza online. That's insulting! Update: Nearly a week later and Pizza Hut finally refunded my money. Thank you."

"My chicken wings turned up uncooked, see photo attached. I called the store and they didn't believe me, they actually asked me to check how many pcs were uncooked. I can't get a refund apparently so they are a sending out another order of chicken wings which will be cooked properly they tell me and they want the uncooked wings back. Anyways im never ordering from Pizza hut again after this mistreatment by the Warner Staff. Thank you"
