"Cashier didn't know the menu and had to be shown the board to understand my desired meal. Chips were old and cold. No refreshment wipes or serviettes supplied which with KFC is essential. Very tight carpark to navigate with no clear exit point"
"The chicken is un edible. The popcorn chicken was so over cooked and when opening there is no chicken inside and it’s extremely hard. And the chicken pieces were so over cooked it was pretty much impossible to bite into. Very unhappy with the quality and will not return!"
