"Waited about 7min for onion rings. Then was given entire order. Burger stone cold, chips cold, onion rings too hot. Thick shake tasted about to go off? There were heaps of staff mainly doing nothing. Place needs a tidy up too."
"Absolutely disgusting behaviour by Krystalee (I think that's her name). I'm an Uber Eats Driver but also a customer. I made my way up to the counter to let the staff know that I was there to pick-up an order and even before I could finish my sentence she was like "it's not ready don't bother me". After sitting there and waiting for 10 minutes another staff member pointed out that I had been there for a while and she literally turns around and says "oh well he can wait. He's a nobody he just does uber eats". Like what the?!?! Yes, this behaviour was reported to Uber and I won't ever be back. Not as a customer or as a delivery driver."
"Ordered a grilled chicken hunger tamer and bacon deluxe meal. Had to wait 15 minutes in waiting bay to receive my order minus a bbq cheeseburger and nuggets. Absolutely terrible customer service. Tried calling to rectify issue with no answer. Would not recommend to anyone wanting a good time and good food"
"By far the dirtiest toilets, inside dining an outside dining area I have ever seen at a hungry jacks restaurant. Not one clean table to dine in. Rubbish bins absolutely full, spillage on the ground in the dining area that was there for the 45 mins we were in store. Extremely poor service by staff that seem to not want to be working. I believe it was the manager in charge that decided it's not her job to serve, so she shall just stare at us waiting. We will not be returning."
