"Absolutely awful, NEVER again. I’m the sister in the review below. She Was rude the entire service and I have never felt so uncomfortable in a beauty setting before. As someone who is also in the beauty industry, You should be absolutely ASHAMED to treat customers they way I was treated today. If I could put a 0 star review I would.."

"My sister and I went in earlier today. She got her brows done and I didn’t. The brows aren’t the worst but not the best either. However what I’m most upset about was the service. The lady’s were so rude. We felt rushed like they didn’t want us there. The products they used were not clean or sanitised at ALL!! she used the brush and bowl of dye she has used on the previous customers and did not even wash it. The ladies laughed at my sister and kept getting mad. Not happy at all and most definitely not coming back. If you’re working in a retail/ beauty salon and are always dealing with customers. Maybe learn some manners then."

"I was passing by grace threading in Browns plains plaza and it was 3.40pm they close at 4pm they lady who was sitting there I asked her about the price for threading, I guess 10-15 minutes is enough for it and if they are professional it’s done very quickly. I asked her if she can do it, she said no as it is closing time. She wasn’t even doing the closing, she was just sitting on the phone, 0 to your customer service and priority. Not coming back ever."

"I have blonde hair however, I like my eyebrows a bit darker. It's my opinion and my preference. The girls do a great job not denying that but when I ask for brown tint in my eyebrows and she applies the lightest shade possible and says "this is better" no. That's not what i asked for. I asked her to do it again and she saod it would cost more. So i left. Not on. I will go back because theres one lady that listens and is super talented but will only see her from now on"

"I had henna applied to my eyebrows and I said to the lady, please I don’t want it to dark, I want a natural look, I want it faded in the front then darker as it goes to the ends, yep, yep the lady said, she starts to apply the henna. A few minutes go by and I asked the lady can I make a suggestion and before I could finish what I was going to say, another lady came and wiped off the front part so that it could fade and look natural. Then a few minutes later the lady wiped the rest of it off, it is too dark I said to her, she said in a few days it’ll be lighter, and she she also said it looks good to me. Now I’m not one to complain, but if what I asked for isn’t what I get then I’m going to say something. Ladies just be mindful when you ask for something, remember it’s not always going to be what you asked for, well, in my opinion. I have been coming here off and on over the years and it’s a hit or miss depending on who you get. I have had plenty of experiences at this place of business, I’m hoping this is a one off.
