"They offer Webster packing for your medications and you can leave all your scripts here and they'll message you when they are ready to collect and they'll keep track of your scripts so you don't run out. I have been able to text this service, and they respond to your queries and requests regarding your scripts. It's been super easy. Sometimes, there's a bit of a queue with the registers, but the staff are helpful if you need some assistance finding things or you need advice. The variety of products is really good and prices are very competitive. Parking isn't too bad, but this chemist warehouse is pretty popular, so the store can get a bit busy. A little patience won't go astray when the queue is long sometimes."

"Make sure to check your receipt before you leave. One of the cashiers charged me 107.90 for an adaptor. When I reached home I looked at the receipt and was so shocked. She charged me 9 times the price. So I drove back and told her and she said sorry straight away she realised what she's done.. Waste of my petrol and time. By the way her name is Thu Thi. Beware...If I didn't checked it, then it goes straight in her pocket.."
"Wouldn't refund an item within 7 days of purchase as advised by their staff, accusing that product has been used extensively and not in condition of resale. Whereas, the product was last item on stock when purchased and already had a tear in box and employee could not verify if the product was already previously refunded by another customer. Not going to that store again..."
