Originally built in the early 1900s, this historic establishment has been lovingly renovated by its current owners to provide a comfortable and stylish accommodation option for families or groups of up to 8 guests.

Conveniently accessed via its own private driveway at 40 Grosvenor Street, House on Grosvenor offers ample parking for 2 or more cars, ensuring a hassle-free arrival. As you enter the house from the back, you will be greeted with a spacious open plan kitchen, dining, and lounge area. The fully-equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances including an oven, ceramic cooktop, full-size fridge, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, and a convenient butler's pantry.

The dining area features a large table that can comfortably seat 8 guests, perfect for enjoying meals together. The lounge area is furnished with two cozy 3-seater couches and a large LCD Smart TV, providing a relaxing space for entertainment and relaxation. Each of the 4 bedrooms is tastefully decorated and equipped with LCD TVs. Three of the bedrooms feature Queen size beds, while the fourth bedroom offers two Single beds. The main bedroom also includes an ensuite bathroom and a spacious walk-in wardrobe.

The main bathroom is well-appointed with a walk-in shower, a luxurious 1500mm bath, a vanity, and a toilet. For your convenience, a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer is also available. Please note that the bedding configuration in this house is fixed and cannot be changed.

The maximum occupancy for House on Grosvenor is strictly 8 people, including children of all ages. The advertised rates are based on 4 people, and there is an additional charge of $25 per night per person for each extra guest, up to the maximum capacity. We kindly request that the number of guests does not exceed the number booked, as failure to comply may result in immediate eviction without refund.

Please be aware that we offer two types of rates: non-refundable and partially refundable. The non-refundable rate requires full payment at the time of reservation and is non-refundable in case of cancellation. The partially refundable rate allows for a full refund if canceled up to 30 days before check-in, a 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in, and no refund thereafter.
