The lounge room boasts two large 3-seater lounges, a Smart TV, DVD player, and even a Nintendo Wii, ensuring entertainment for all. The accommodation features three bedrooms, with two of them comprising a queen bed and a single bed, while the third bedroom offers two single beds. Additionally, there is a washing machine, trough, and dryer discreetly located behind doors in the hall.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower unit, vanity, bath, and toilet, providing all the necessary amenities. Step outside to find an inviting outdoor setting, perfect for enjoying warm summer nights. The spacious driveway can easily accommodate two cars.

Please note that the maximum occupancy for House on Princes is strictly 8 people, including children of all ages. The advertised rates are for 4 people, and there is an additional charge of $25 per night per person for each guest up to the maximum of 8. We kindly ask that the number of guests does not exceed the booked amount, as any unauthorized guests will be asked to vacate the premises immediately, with no refund provided.

For your convenience, we offer two rate options. The non-refundable rate requires full payment at the time of reservation and is non-refundable in case of cancellation. Alternatively, the partially refundable rate allows for a full refund if canceled up to 30 days before check-in. After that, a 50% refund is available up to 7 days before check-in, with no refund provided thereafter.
