"Avoid like the plague. Receptionist/ Manager needs to check her attitude on customer relations. The vet - sadly I didn't get her name - tossed my cat carrier with my cat inside - into the back of our car. Obviously gone are the days of caring for your customers or their pets. We used to visit here regularly when Jim, the vet and Narelle, the manager, made us feel that they genuinely cared."
