"I was passing through on my way to the Coast and went in to buy an over the counter product. There was a line to give in prescriptions so I as usual went to the main counter. I was yelled at by a woman with an accent. "Have you been in the line up." I said I don't have a prescription. She kept yelling the same thing over. DON'T! give these disrespectful money grabbers your money! They don't provide the service expected in Australia and obviously can't read there own signage. Very angry about being yelled at and recommend you shop somewhere with service and respect."
"What can I say it’s a chemist warehouse. Been to one been to all. Didn’t have to wait too long for prescription to be filled which is lucky because there were only 3 chairs for people waiting. Parking was good, plenty of spaces available 4.00pm on a Wednesday afternoon. Wanted Tetracaine, they were the only ones who had it in stock but I had to buy an entire box of 20. They were kind enough to politely explain why. Will be back."
"A friend called up and was told they had her script on file from the pharmacist and said the script was ready to be picked up. When I went to pick it up I was given a number and waited 50 mins. Then told they didn’t have a script. Basically they owe 50 mins of my life for a script they won’t dispense. The rudeness and arrogance of the pharmacist was unmeasured. I won’t be back. Unfortunately I had to rate one star. It’s not deserved."

"Probably the slowest understaffed chemist warehouse I have ever been to. This place is always run by a skeleton crew who I mostly feel sorry for with the capacity of people coming through on a daily. It takes roughly 30mins to get a script filled and then another 20mins (if youre lucky) to get through the queue. If you’re after anything just be ready for a long wait, the urgency and staff are run flat. I feel for them. Try loganholme instead if you’re in a rush,"
