"Very disappointed with the beverage. Was too hot when asking for a little milk to make it drinkable was told I would need to pay extra for milk. Never ever has a coffee club ( and I've been to many) refused milk unless you pay. Get the impression the $$$ is more important than customer service."

"Currently here with family for breakfast and the food is below average. Everything is tasteless and the look and feel of the food is heavy on the oil & butter. Ciabatta isn’t toasted well and the butter used is so heavy in the bread. I had to get my omelette remade because the oil was just dripping on the plate the chef could’ve just given us the fry pan to eat off. My first order was around $85 dollars and I got a little $5 discount card for next purchase during our meal we needed to get more toast because the smoked salmon meal doesn’t come with toast so thought I would use the $5 discount card .. counter lady said I can’t use it will have to use it another time even though it doesn’t say it on the card any way gave it back and said she can keep it. You can tell it’s under new management lol because the take away box is a $$ we used to come here a lot and it was free any way not any more after today. 1 thing that was good however was The waitress that looked after our table she was lovely she was an Australian soft manner to her."
