Welcome to Eastside Squash Centre, located in the beautiful suburb of Bellerive, Hobart. Our establishment is dedicated to providing a top-notch squash experience for players of all ages and skill levels. With 8 well-maintained courts, including 2 glass-backed courts with large viewing areas, you'll have the perfect setting to showcase your skills or simply enjoy a friendly game.

At Eastside Squash Centre, we pride ourselves on creating a comfortable environment for our players. Our facility is heated and air-conditioned, ensuring that you can enjoy a game of squash all year round. Additionally, we offer plenty of off-street car parking for your convenience.

As a Not-for-Profit organization, Eastside Squash Centre is 100% volunteer operated. We are committed to making squash more accessible, affordable, and community-oriented in Tasmania. Our wide range of regular squash programs cater to players of all ages and skill levels. Whether you're a beginner looking to learn the basics or a seasoned player seeking a competitive challenge, we have something for everyone.

Private casual court bookings are also available by prior appointment. Simply reach out to us and we'll be happy to accommodate your request.

In addition to our regular programs, we host various championships and tournaments throughout the year. Some of our upcoming events include the Tasmanian Masters Championships, the Eastside Triple - PSA, Seniors, Juniors, and the Tasmanian Doubles. To make your experience even more convenient, we have implemented swipe-card access for key holder program members. By paying a $25 deposit for an Access Card, you can play squash whenever you like. Your card also grants you access to our programs at no extra cost. Invite your friends to play by simply notifying us, and the cost of their game will be deducted from your card or deposited directly into our bank account.

For those interested in competitive play, we offer Masters Squash Pennant for players over 35 years of age. Start as a reserve and move up to a full-time position when available. Matches are held on Monday nights and provide a great workout. We also have Wednesday In-House Pennant, open to all age groups and skill levels. This group also enjoys regular social functions.

For the more advanced and competitive players, we have an inter-club pennant competition with other participating centers. Join this exciting competition and showcase your skills against players from different clubs.

If you prefer a more relaxed and social game, we have Gentle Squash available. Played with foam balls and shorter rackets, Gentle Squash provides a gentle exercise option and a chance to socialize while playing.

As a Key Holder Member participating in our various pennant competitions, you will also be automatically registered with Squash Tasmania and the Tasmanian Masters Squash Association.
