"Worst service ever. Went to change my key fob battery change. The man told me to come back after 10 minutes when I got the key back he have damaged the front and sides of the key fob. When I confronted him about the damage he doesn’t want to accept that he have damage the fob. I was expecting a simple sorry from the man but instead He verbally abused me. What kind of a service is this paying $16.50 for service and getting your property damaged. I want recommend anyone going to this place stay away."
"I was in Eastlands doing grocery shopping and my watch had fallen off as the band had worn out. The back of the watch had come off as well and I wasn't able to press it back on. I didn't want anything getting inside the watch in the meantime, So I went to Express Shoe Repairs to see if they could just quickly pop the backing back on for me. I thought it would be a simple 1-minute job. The man in the shop did not seem busy at all but told me to come back in 10 minutes. I came back and he charged me $10 to simply press the back of my target watch back on. I could have brought a new watch for $10. I know it is hard times right now. However, I think that is quite disgraceful; just to press the backing back on. I didn't even get the bands replaced."
"I had a battery of an old watch changed yesterday and it still seemed to be losing time. I took it back and the gents there were awesome. They had a look at it for me and made sure that the connections were all good. When I picked it up they said that if I had any more issues to bring it in and they will change the battery again and help diagnose whether or not it is my watch playing up. I really appreciated their service and they were really helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend them."
