Taekidokai is renowned for its impressive flying and spinning kicks, as well as its holds, throws, and locks. The name itself is derived from Japanese and translates to "Way of the body and spirit," reflecting the holistic approach we take towards martial arts training.

Led by Sensei Rodney Day, the founder and a 7th dan black belt holder with over 45 years of experience in various Martial Arts disciplines, Taekidokai is a professionally run school. Sensei Day's expertise extends to Budokan Karate, Goshinryu, Hapshinrya, Taekwondo, and Aikido. He shares his unique understanding of Taekidokai with instructors and students throughout Australia and New Zealand.

We invite all students to join us at the Flinders dojo for the exciting "SWARM" sessions. You can also bring your friends along for a free night of training, where they can experience the benefits of Taekidokai firsthand. We offer classes for students of all levels, including advanced sessions for senior red and black belts.

For your convenience, we have provided a schedule of our upcoming classes for the year 2023. These sessions will take place at our Albion Park Rail location at 7:00 pm. We encourage you to mark your calendars and join us on the specified dates.

In addition, we are pleased to inform you that we now accept the New Active Kids voucher. This program, initiated by the NSW Government, aims to promote physical activity among children. Starting from 1 July, families can use the Active Kids voucher to enroll their children in our Martial Arts classes.
