"If I had a choice I would give zero. Bought victor chairs -5 in number as I had bench on the other side. One of them was damaged with two cuts on the leather. Firstly, I received my chairs ages after ordering them. When I contacted customer service, they asked to send pictures of damaged part which I did. Initial negotiation- replacement, repair, or refund. I opted replacement. It took almost 6 weeks for chair to be collected. After that another 4-5 weeks to send the chair. For our shock, it wasn’t a replacement but was repaired with extra damage on the chair. We doubted this would happen and had identification points for the chair. It was exactly the same chair repaired. Its not about the repair or replacement but KL has cheated the customers. Had a worst experience shopping with KL. Never going back and will warn my friends and family not to, not that they care. And the manager Grace was rude when negotiating the replacement saying if I wanted chair for free when I said I will keep the chair if I get full refund. For damaged product they offered 59$ refund when I paid 269$ Overall it was a terrible experience"

Bought a table and was a little concerned given some of the negative reviews but pleased to say that they were awesome to deal with and delivered a fantastic table at an excellent price and when they said they'd deliver it. I am sure that while some things can and sometimes do go wrong when dealing with a furniture business, they certainly came through for us! Thank you"
