After a few tickets No one was getting back go me, I called in and within 24h Cathleen from the Logan store called me to try to rectify things. After a few calls we came to an agreement that was perfectly suitable and I feel took my personal circumstances into account. Cathleen was an absolute super star and had amazing customer service over the phone and in person, turning my nightmare situation into one that I walked away from happy and feeling like my voice was truly heard, it is now a positive purchase."

"I called up asking about a discontinued exfloor product. They had the item in stock and I asked how much they were willing to sell it for. He asked me to come in store to negotiate. I ended up wasting one hour of my time to just get the answer, no it's non negotiable... Seriously, why ask me to come in store then?? I'd give zero stars if I could Poor customer service. Lots of staff on the weekend but they won't proactively ask if you require assistance."
