"Placed an order at 5:30pm for pick up and came about 25 mins later at 5:55pm (as suggested on the subway app it says 15-20 mins. Anyways, I get there and I waited about 5 mins until someone asked if I was ok, I said I’m waiting on a pick up order. They were searching through the two pickup bags they had on the bench behind them and turned back to me and said “oh we haven’t made this one yet”. I proceed to wait and then the subway worker says to me that they don’t have the southern style chicken in stock… I ask for a different type of chicken. As I wait for them to finish making my order, they tell me they don’t have any raspberry fanta, neither do they have any rainbow choc chips cookies. By far the worst experience I have had. The food not being prepared despite ordering in advance and also if so many items are not in stock why aren’t they updated on the app? I understand that’s not the workers fault but whoever looks after the managing the app and stock levels needs to get this sorted because it was just a huge disappointment and waste of my time. Ordered my food 45 mins beforehand and none of my food/drink items were available. Really disappointing!"

"I went there around 1:30pm on the 18th of July and was absolutely appalled with the young man serving me who wore no name tag. Not once did he engage in conversation, he messed up my order several times. He was sighing over and over and the presentation of the food was awful. On top of this, he couldn’t even remember that I had two subs and when he wanted me to pay I politely reminded him he hadn’t finished making the second one, he rolled his eyes at me. After all this he couldn’t be bothered listening to my instructions regarding how many cookies were wanted so I went back to work with the wrong amount. I honestly should have gone to a different store because it has really lowered my mood and underwhelmed expectations"

"I’m not usually one to write reviews but this one deserves it the most. Sit down and read this but I promise not to waste your time like they wasted mine. I say wasted because this is the third or fourth time I’ve regrettably visited this place. This place starts and finishes with the staff. The staff I have had somewhat exchanges with are incompetent and socially unaware zombies. They don’t interact with each other or the customers whatsoever, therefore having no situational awareness of what Sandwich is being made and no registration of common sense. It seriously seems as if the entire transaction is in slow motion and to be brutally honest, I can’t single any one person or any one event out because each visit has been evenly terrible. I hope you visit so you can see it for your own eyes. I honestly feel like I’m on the Truman show and everyone is laughing at me as I stand at the counter awaiting a response from one of the well played actors. Please don’t think I have been two faced about this, I have openly discussed with them face to face to think about what they’re doing. I try to see the bright side in it now, and will endeavour to visit them at the end of the week for a laugh or two."

"Normally I don’t write reviews but when. The workers here are severely incompetent I went here with my son and it took half an hour just for them to make the sandwich’s first problem is that not once did they try to engage in conversation they only kept their heads down next my sub was placed in a patch of water and he kept on picking up the sandwich and replacing in the water and then I asked him to re wrap the sub and he obliged and then he continuously made mistakes in the orders never once did I think that someone could be so idiotic defiantly won’t return great place if you want to see clowns in the circus come here for a cheap price defiantly won’t go back."

"The server (female), rolled eyes when I entered store yesterday, told me "one second" as she ducked around the corner for a sip of her coke. When she did come over to serve she took her time, didn't make eye contact, making the service very unpleasant, filled with awkwardness. I ended up with cheese after saying no cheese, 10000s of olives (so I couldn't taste anything but olives!) And no sauce, no seasoning. No serviette either....which was okay because I pretty much threw the sandwich out. All in all worst customer service I have ever had:( If the server reads this, your "beauty" may not be forever, nor your youth, best you try being a nice person and learn that customer service roles need just that, customer service skills."
