"The venue is new and clean with friendly staff but it's not safe for under 4 year olds. In the Mini's section where it's under 4's only, many older children run around unsupervised and engage in rough play with babies in immediate vicinity. No staff came in with in the 2 hours we were there to ensure safe play. I was literally shielding my son on multiple occasions and had to speak to multiple older children to encourage gentle play around my 1.5 year old. Spoke to other parents there whom were also frustrated. Very dangerous."

"We love going here for some fun, the centre is great and all the activities are quite todler and kid friendly. It is super loud with kids having fun and in general it is a really fun time for all the kids. There is 1 change room for little ones and it is not great considering the venue, but at least it is there. Seems to be targeted at kids over 3 so we are not in the target group. Some key points: They don't do pass outs so for todlers getting overwhelmed the only option is to leave which is frustrating at the price point. There are some big kids that tear through the place and pose a bit of a risk to the younger ones so be aware. The air pumps in the ball pit area have failed so don't really float the balls anymore. The cog wall has a lot of damaged parts which is a shame as it is my child's favourite activity there."

"I have been 3 times now with my baby. The first time I went was great, but the second and third time there were too many unsupervised children. Especially kids older than 4 in the baby area. They run all over the place and try to spin the spinning tunnel while my child is inside. I recommend staff doing checks of the baby area every 30mins and removing the older children. Besides this, the centre is clean and is lots of fun. So far I have enjoyed all the food and drinks they provide at the Cafe aswell. Definitely worth checking out!"

"Such a great place for families, designed for kids to be kids. Very safe, they have heaps of balls to play with and slides. Ideal place to wear them out. And a Cafe for lunch or drink. Helpful staff"

"BRING SOCKS! Adults & Kids (including babies), I didn’t know & had to buy some ($9 for 2 adult & 1 kid, you get to keep them). It was amazing for our 10 month old. So clean. FREE for under 1 & Adults. Aircon was perfect & more aircon was being installed for the top area (saw reviews about it being hot up there). Will be going back multiple times a week to let bub burn energy & get social with the other kids. Also the 2 areas for different age kids was perfect, babies/under 4 area was nice & big, unlike other places where it’s just a ball pit."
