"The 2 stars is for the therapist who was pleasant following a formula facial I have had facials for many years but to pay $155 for a one hour facial that included an 8 minute massage without steam or extractions was more than disappointing . Oh I did get a hot stone placed on my abdomen….. really ? The Spa Manager needs to soften up I wouldn’t want to be working for her ."
