Conveniently located opposite Spotlight, with level access and the option to use Centrepoint car park, visiting our salon is a breeze. We operate from 8:30am to 8:00pm from Tuesday to Friday, and from 9:00am to 4:00pm on Mondays and Saturdays, by appointment.
We understand that plans can change, so if you need to cancel your appointment, we kindly request that you provide us with 24 hours' notice. Please note that a surcharge of 10% applies on weekends and public holidays.
At Skindulgence, we value your satisfaction and strive to provide exceptional service and excellent customer care. While we do not issue refunds on salon services, we encourage you to notify us within 48 hours if you have any questions or concerns about the service you have received. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, we ask that you return to the salon for a visual inspection and we will make every effort to make adjustments to your satisfaction, at no additional cost, within 48 hours of the initial service.

"Great customer service however poor delivery on beauty services. I went in to get a lash lift and tint and henna brows and shaping. Some of my lashes went straight up, didn't have a nice curl like other lifts I've had. The henna on my brows was slightly longer coming down on one side. When I was finished there was mascara under my eyes and sticky stuff on my eyelids. I personally do not recommend going here for those services particularly."
"I think they must have new owners and/or managers. I tried before Christmas to make an appointment and suddenly stopped getting replies. Just last week I made an online submission to make an appointment and no one got back to me. They advertised the service I wanted on their website and telling people to “get in quick to book” I commented to say I’d tried to contact them but no one had gotten back to me, they deleted my comment and just didn’t try and rectify it by actually asking me if I wanted an appointment or at the least apologising. Obviously they don’t want the business"
