Then their operator just called to cancel this booking two hours prior to booking time. And I had to wait another week when their technician has spare time. "I would give minus 5 stars if I could. Made arrangements for someone you come and give me a quote last Friday 12pm. No one showed up, no phone call or message. Messaged them again on Monday and someone called me 5 mins later and asked if we could rearrange another time, said the guy I spoke to last week no longer worked with them. Made another time for today at 12pm and no one showed up yet again. No phone call or message. So what's the excuse for not showing up today? Not happy and won't be using this business. They have already shown me that they are unreliable!!!"
