"Who ever said customer service is dead hasn't met Sean visited godfreys in Geelong yesterday to purchase a new stick vacuum since our dyson died and didn't fancy paying dyson prices once again. Sean immediately approached us and listened to to exactly what we were after, he demonstrated the recommended vacuum and answered all the speck questions that my husband had, he also took the time to answer in great detail about carpet cleaners on our way out. Sean was has amazing customer service skills with a polite, knowledgeable and friendly disposition. Got our iVac home and tested it out, we are so impressed with it and even would go as far to say it rivals our old dyson stick. highly worth the visit to godfreys unlike the generic poor service at the Goodguys."
