"I came here today, they lost my meal order in the kitchen, i waited 40mins then i went up and then they didn’t give a discount or anything.. and then they still couldn’t get it ready for another 20. This cup in the photo was quite old and started to chip away. The logo is fading. You should keep the cups nice and restored. My eggs were barely cooked. I hated that one part. The whole white was basically clear. The staff were slow and forgetful about bringing cutlery and MY FOOD! That is it. I am really disappointed. The wait to pay at the end was very long too. Should have more cash registers with more staff :) That’s all. I really just wanted a nice brunch but my day got ruined. WAY TOO MUCH MONEY for what i ate."

"Omg seriously...... I could not fault this place! 5 stars all round, service, food, price, vibe, cleanliness and just overall! Staff are very friendly and incredibly attentive. The menu is massive but it works, I was worried it would add to the time but food was out very quickly and all at once! Order was taken within minutes of sitting, fresh water and cutlery at the same time. The food was great, fresh and hot! The coffee sizing was great (large coffee lover) flavour was smooth and who doesn't love a little added treat. Even down too the extras on the table they have put, sauce, salt, pepper, hand sanitizer, honey etc it's very generous. You have definitely got a loyal customer now! I really just want to add, even watching around us, everyone was being treated exactly the same by staff, everyone seemed very happy!"

"Food was a 10/10 perfect eggs that were so fluffy, I thought they would float away crispy bacon that wasn't tough or too oily. The waffles tied it all together and they were cooked well also, not too hard and not to soft. Service was a 10/10. Nadia was lovely and made sure we were looked after, she got us started with some drinks while we looked over the menu. After we ordered she checked in with us to make sure the food was alright and overall is very friendly and polite. Atmosphere was a 10/10. There is a lot of people here and that creates a reallwell, the chairs don't collide with other parties if you need to schooch back like I've seen at other establishments. The food is a bit of a wait but that's exactly what you should expect going to a popular and busy Cafe, thankfully the atmosphere is nice enough that you will not care about that wait. Overall this is an amazing Cafe to go to for breakfast or lunch, it's relaxing, will definitely fill you up and has amazing coffee."

"Have visited 3 times in the last month to this Cafe 63. The staff are always friendly, helpful and prompt in taking orders. Our food has always come out quick, and has been delicious, well presented and orders correct even with add ons/ changes. The coffee is great, the relish that comes with the Zendaya meal is DELICIOUS. Everyone with each visit has enjoyed their meals. It's a great place especially in a big group. Plenty of seating available."
