She is dedicated to giving back to the community and has previously served as the Chairperson for the Bellarine Peninsula Community Branch Ltd and actively contributed to the Ocean Grove Football Netball Club. Currently, Justine is the Chairperson of St Quentin Consulting Pty Ltd and a director of Social Enterprise Group, an organization focused on assisting young people in entering the workforce.

In March 2012, Justine was appointed as a Notary Public by the Supreme Court. This prestigious title signifies her expertise in international documentation, as she is qualified to prepare, execute, certify, and authenticate documents for use worldwide.

Justine resides in Ocean Grove with her husband and children, and she enjoys spending time at our Ocean Grove office, taking advantage of lunchtime walks to the beach.
