"WONDERFUL SERVICE!! I’m in the process of looking for a home to lease as my parents home that I live in has just been sold. I’ve now joined the tens/hundreds of thousands of people searching for an affordable rental property to call home during a rental crisis in this country. Some days, I can inspect up to 5 properties which is so physically and draining. The competition is fierce so rejection notifications can be very disheartening but you have to keep going! Today Google Maps took me to the wrong address and I was so lucky that I received the most outstanding service from this company. I rang (in tears as there’s only a 10 minute timeslot to inspect a property) explaining that I had gone to the street address on the link yet it was the wrong address (Google error) Jade was so understanding and very compassionate regarding how tired, frustrated and confused I was as I had followed Google Maps and was (and really upset that I missed the inspection. She was so nice and directed me to the property manager Alison who did something I have never seen a property manager do in all my time working as an agent myself in QLD, as a landlord when I owned investment properties with my then husband and now while looking for somewhere to lease. The open house had well and truly ended yet Alison rang me, She asked what car I was in and she actually came and got me!! She asked the tenant if they’d mind if I had a quick look as it was after the allotted time and very graciously, they didn’t. Allison was so friendly the existing tenant and you could clearly see that there was a very good rapport between tenant and property manager which is imperative if you want your investment property well taken care of. I honestly can’t thank Jade and Alison enough for their wonderful and empathetic treatment of me, their understanding of of just how very hard at the moment it is to find a place to call home. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this wonderful company to buy, sell, have an efficient and caring property Manager for your own your investment or even the incredibly respectful manner in which they treat prospective and exiting tenants. If I could give them 10 stars I would! * I’ve notified Google of that error so hopefully nobody else will be sent to the wrong address when it comes to that particular Street."
