"These guys are absolutely useless. I was going to book thru Wotif but rang them direct to see if they would do a better deal. They then asked for a screenshot of the Wotif deal and then I spent the best part of an hour and three phone calls to these clowns before they finally said that the room was sold and would I like to buy another one. No thanks. Incompetence irritates me. Try another hotel where they put the customer first, not their wallet."

"These apartments are great! Nice, clean, and tidy, with a great view of the water front. The room has all of the amenities that you’d expect for a stay. The employees at the service desk are nice and welcoming."

"We stayed one night...Sat...the room was clean and nicely appointed small room. I assume the high cost..over $450 for a night is mainly due to it location...right on the edge of the city and near the harbour...So once we parked..off street included in the room cost we walked everywhere...I thought it was a bit cheeky to charge for water bottles in the fridge...if money is not a problem then I'd recommend it...So do yourself a favor"
