"Great coffee and croissants. Huge range of food to choose from too. Really friendly staff. They also sell an assortment of lollies, plants and Frank Green water bottles/coffee cups. Highly recommend."
"I love O’NO cafe & flowers. I’m pedantic about coffee, but O’NO have hit the mark! Both Vito & Dan, the amazing owners have the biggest hearts & are extremely kind. The change of menu is brilliant & the new items introduced are so yum! There has been change of staff from the old brand, but they are all lovely & when people start new jobs, they are still learning. I’ve watched them all over the last few months get better & skilled at their jobs! The ambience & atmosphere is fun & allows a welcome change with all the cool things for sale that local people create & the addition of the yummy sweets & treats. It’s great to support small local businesses with true local people providing for the community. I don’t go anywhere else for my coffee! the added bonus for me is that they know my name, my order & there is always a happy welcome when I come to the cafe! Great job guys! So proud to have the cafe in our community."
"I REALLY wanted to like this store after they rebranded from Gloria Jeans, however the coffee is possibly even worse than it was previously. The frustrating part is that the beans that are used are fabulous, we've visited the roastery directly for many, many years now but the way they are being used here is just dreadful. We were planning to dine in and asked what the smallest sized cup was. Unfortunately the smallest 'cup' was actually a mug, they don't do cups (first red flag of a bad coffee). Seeing the gigantic size of the mug we decided to order our flat whites in the smallest take away cup possible and add an extra shot as we like a strong coffee. To our surprise when I went to collect my order our coffees had been made in very large take away cups. I mentioned to the lady that I'd ordered smalls with double shots and she literally took the large coffees she'd handed me and poured them into a smaller take away cup! I've never seen anything like it. I think she could tell I was horrified by the look on my face and she said 'Is that ok'? This place just doesn't get coffee. A customer who made a point of asking for the smallest size possible and paid for an extra shot clearly prefers to have a stronger coffee so pouring a larger sized milky coffee (that you made by mistake) into a smaller cup is clearly never going to make it stronger. Needless to say it tasted like milk and went in the bin, money wasted. I really wanted to like coming to this local coffee shop, but if you actually like coffee and not just the taste of milk, it will not be the place for you."
"This is not nice coffee. I've come twice now and I can't drink it. Ordered extra shot flat white and tastes like milk. The bacon and egg muffin came out a good 10 minutes before coffee came. Apologies from staff but i won't be coming again. Sad I thought it was going to be better than Gloria Jeans but no. Too many young girls who don't know what they are doing."
"Visited on Easter Saturday. Seemed to have ALOT of staff on for a smallish looking cafe. Staff was bright & cheerful & very quick to serve. I only had time to order a coffee but that was done extremely fast. It seems to have a small stock of items to purchase & take home as well. Pricing was reasonable from what I could see."
