"Came into the Shellharbour store for the FIRST time not even 24hrs after buying a top that had a large hole in the neckline where the stitching had come undone, have spoken to 4 different people including management and was told i’m not entitled to a refund. I have spoken to fair trading and was told i am entitled to a refund. I then spoke to manager at head office and he told me what fair trading had told me is incorrect (even tho it states this on their website). I had sent a letter quoting their website and still no response. This process has being going almost 2 weeks, I have no top, out of pocket $90, and very upset about the time this had taken and the effort this has been After having the stitching come loose on this top and causing a hole not even 24hrs after purchasing it just shows the quality of the products and that it is definitely not worth $90"
