It's likely that about half of the staff is friendly while the other half may be in a bad mood. Unfortunately, returning products hasn't been a positive experience for me. Once, I bought some potatoes through the self-service checkout but changed my mind and wanted to return them just 10 minutes later. However, I was met with rude service and was refused a refund. Unless you receive a promotion or discount, it's probably not worth the hassle."
