"I went to this place on Monday 26/10/2020, one asian looking lady downstairs at front desk yelled at me when I just asked her colleague a question. Doctors and nurses in sonic health plus are nice though. This morning, one manager from here contacted me and told me that staff at front desk downstairs don't belong to this clinic and she would address this problem to that staff's manager. Anyway, avoid that asian looking lady downstairs at the front desk, she yells to people!"

"One of the ladies at the front desk is so rude and mean, has zero respect to customers. And downstairs, another old lady was setting at the desk was looking all the time at the visitors like they are criminals. I had to visit this business on 08/07/2020 at 01:50PM, two female staff members make this business the worst ever you can experience. Those two ladies one upstairs at the front desk and the other one at the front desk downstairs. Both have poor customer service and shouldn’t be there at all. Although the doctor and the nurse were nice and good, the service is too expensive, and with that poor customer service I will not come back ever to this business. Felt I’m scammed at how much I paid for poor customer service and only medical examination, HIV and one X-Ray. Will never come back ever."
