"Staff are rude. Food was cold and tasted terrible. Tired of repeating myself I asked to speak to someone at the window and I was accused of being rude and not understanding to multicultural people. (My immediate family are multicultural) Apparently staff don’t want people to drive through the drive through as I was repeatedly told to just go in if I didn’t want someone getting my order wrong repeatedly. Staff are not accepting or understanding to neurodivergent people or people with neurodivergent children. Staff could use some sensitivity and customer service training."

"I ordered a Quasedilla Plus meal tonight, and it came out looking like an anorexic Quasedilla. All im saying is that, if i wanted melted cheese between bread i would've cooked at home ... Augustine heights GYG is usually good but the atmosphere and service was a bit flat tonight."

"I ordered via the app and waited for them to make the order. I was waiting for a while. Then a staff member came and ordered after me. To my disbelief, the lady made the order for him and he got my order before me. This has never happened to me before. Looks like they were pals at work. When an another staff member approached me and asked for my order, I told me and had an awkward encounter. He had to make my order. Very unprofessional place. I will go to an another gyg."

"Very disappointed with this, ordered a cali burrito and found a very long piece of hair in my food. I had to open it to take it out and it was wrapped all around the food in my burrito. Not the first time it happened but I like Guzman food so I guessed it was just a mistake, but it happened again today unfortunately. That was a waste of time and money for me, not happy at all. You guys need to be more strict on wearing a hair net."
