"Went in to get a replacement lock screw and nut for my drill handle, that had become lost. The guy behind the counter went to check the computer. No luck, but went looking in an odds and ends box of makita parts. He came back to the counter with a lock nut and screw that it fitted perfectly and he said " there you go". I asked "How much do I owe you mate?" to which he replied "it's all good". Problem solved in less than 2 minutes. I really couldn't ask for much more than that."
