"We had this company come and look at our washing machine /dryer as it wasn't drying as it should. Very quick consult, new part ordered, that wasn't checked on replacing as still wasn't drying as it should. Called him back, he poked around with it then blew up the Motherboard on it. We asked the the company of the machine to replace it, they did and sent it out to yogi for him to replace, he received it early February. We had contacted him and AEG on the whereabouts of our machine, AEG assured us he should have recieved it, "he knew nothing about it" however all along he eventually tells us he has in fact had it since the beginning of February (it is now March 9th) we have called him every week asking if it's arrived as we're a family of five and need a washing machine. Told us he didn't have it yet all along he did now tells us he can't deliver and install for another two weeks. We've been without a proper working machine since before Christmas and it's now March. Would have thought he would have made us a priority seeing he blew up our machine and then made us wait longer than Needed after actually recieving the replacement machine. Would not recommend this service."
