"Poor workmanship from Star Automotive has cost me a lot of money for a simple service, but it could of cost a new motor. The photos show the o'ring missing from the installed oil filter, oil on the ground and under the car after the service. I had to get the car towed and repaired so my daughter in law could get to work. No response from Star Automotive, so I have forward my complaint to Consumer Affairs and Fair Trading. DON'T USE THIS BUISNESS"
"I went to this place for fixing my car glass on a regular advice given to me by mechanic ( wasim). I would say 100 percent unprofessional guy with little knowledge of mechanics told me to purchase a new glass after I spent $260 and purchased a new one, he refused to fix it. The outcome is that they dont have any respect and importance of time and have poor customer service skills. I know they dont have a standard to pay me $260 back but I would advise others not to go this place if you want to maintain a quality of your vehicle."
