We are grateful for all offers of donations, but it's important to note that not all donations are born equal. Broken, dirty, or damaged goods actually cost us money to dispose of, which means less money to support those who are doing it tough in our community.

In addition to our Rosny Park location, we have several other Op Shops throughout the area. Moonah Clothing, Moonah Furniture, Partridge Nest (CBD), Glenorchy, Sorting Warehouse, Kingston Beach, Huonville, Warrane, and Sorell are all part of our network. Each store operates during specific hours, and we encourage you to visit them for a unique shopping experience.

Our Op Shops are run by a dedicated team of volunteers who are the heart and soul of our organization. They play a crucial role in ensuring our stores run smoothly and provide excellent service to our customers.

We also offer the ability for customers to exchange their goods for an item of the same value if needed. Exchanges can be made at any store of purchase, but proof of purchase or the item with the original price tag attached is required. Refunds, on the other hand, are offered for faulty purchases, items that do not meet expectations, electrical items, or items that do not match the provided description. Refunds must be made at the store of purchase with proof of purchase.
