"If you want your items delivered on time and in one piece, do not use geelong flyer transport. I will admit they are fairly cheap, But trust me pay abit more for quality. Goods came a day late, and damaged from looked like being transported with other items placed on top and squashed. From the look of the trucks load when it arrived i would say these guys have no idea how to load trucks safely, to them its just about chuck as much on one truck and get it out, who cares if it damaged everything. Plus when i rang to question the damage was actually laughed at, what sort of customer service is this???"
"Was tailgated by one of there drivers at about 9pm on the Monash on the 12/11/19 he was a P plater truck driver as well. I was in the second left lane doing 40 as the signs dictated when I watched a truck in my review mirror speed up from behind and start to tailgate myself leaving about 5 meters of space between the two of us which then lead to him flashing his high beams at me.. mind you the two lanes to his right were completely empty. I moved aside to get out of the way as he was putting me in danger and watched him do it to several other drivers As your company is a transport company this is a review on your transport skills and a reflection of how poorly skilled your drivers are. Also by the look and actions of your driver you may want to drug test him once in a while. Truck reg: ( 09340S ) the photo I put up on Google of your driver tail gating another driver was taken at 100kms per hour. This is how people die day in day out on our roads. No matter what the rush is there is no need to put others lives at risk. Please take action."
"Observed one of their trucks driving extremely dangerously on the Monash, tailgating and using intimidation tactics on a learner driver. Fatality waiting to happen. Phoned to speak to them about this, in the hope that they would appreciate a chance at improving the safety of their operations, but was laughed at by Jacquie Allen, who seems like a thoroughly unpleasant individual. I'm horrified that these cowboys get to operate a transport business, with zero consideration for road safety. I think the fact that the only >1 star reviews have been left by their own employees says it all."
