"I wish I could give 0 stars. A company run by crooks from the drivers to the phone operators. They all tip themselves around $4 on every trip but I just had a driver tip himself $8! When I rang to complain they said sorry mam there is no record so nothing we can do."

"I hailed a taxi to take my elderly parents and wife with 16 month old baby back to the waterfront from GMHBA stadium. The driver pulled over but would only lower the window slightly, not unlock the doors. Upon hearing of our destination, the driver said it would be $35 (twice the approximate meter rate for this distance) and when I asked him to simply use the meter he drove off and left us in the cold. Thanks mate - leaving 2 70+ year olds and a mother with a baby because they won't pay your extortionate offer? Is it any wonder people prefer Uber these days? Taxis have gone down hill so much and they are not doing making much effort to lift their game. Tried to make a complaint to the Geelong Taxi network and still waiting for a call back. They don't answer the complaints line at noon on a Monday. Not surprising, they would be inundated."
"Two phone operators and one driver got pickup adress wrong.... Pickup was westfield shopping centre /yarra street/ chemist warehouse entrance .first operator sent taxi to moorabool st, taxi reported no show. Second operator sent taxi to malop st. Then taxi rings me, I say yarra st entrance/ westfield shopping centre/ chemist warehouse. Taxi goes to chemist warehouse near officeworks, said he forgot there was one at westfield. I repeatedly SAID westfield YARRA STREET. After an hour off stuff ups taxi arrives, says after hours phone service is in SOUTH AFRICA, so that is why they do not understand...yea and what is HIS excuse??? Incompetant."
"I booked a taxi to pick me up from the fortune garden Chinese restaurant in Belmont and it never showed up.I waited over half an hour and i rang to speak to an operator to find out if the taxi is coming and he said he’ll organise a taxi as soon as possible and it never came so I decided to cancel my booking. I had enough absolutely bloody hopeless and slack i will never book a taxi again they are not reliable"
