Michael was so busy with so many other people waiting for scripts and was so lovely to each of them who were waiting. He apologised for any delays (he was so busy so not his fault) and was just so kind. I went back today and they refused. The young woman and her manager laughed at me when I said you’ve lost customer. Very unprofessional.
