At Christian College Geelong, we have a team of dedicated staff who are committed to our purpose and mission. With campuses located throughout Geelong, Bellarine Peninsula, and Surf Coast, as well as two Early Learning Centres - Williams House in Belmont and Butterfield House in Torquay - we offer a wide range of educational opportunities to our students.

Each of our campuses and Early Learning Centres has its own unique character, but they all share the spirit of Christian College Geelong. Through our extensive range of curricular and co-curricular experiences, students have the opportunity to learn and develop values, knowledge, and skills through active participation and interaction.

Our institution was founded on its "pastoral heart", and we have nine College chaplains who activate our wellbeing program. Alongside our teacher and student wellbeing leaders, our chaplains offer pastoral care through one-on-one confidential support or small group discussions. They are all trained counsellors who provide a supportive environment for our students.

Grounded in the principles of our Christian ethos, our wellbeing program focuses on building emotional resilience, sustaining relationships, and developing the confidence to articulate and critically reflect on personal development. We believe in modeling positive attitudes towards learning and relationships, which is central to our mentor program. We place particular emphasis on the transitions between Junior and Middle, as well as Middle and Senior schools. Our Year 9 students mentor Year 5 students through a weekly activities program, fostering a sense of community and support.
