Welcome to Build for a Cure - Children's Cancer Institute, located in the beautiful suburb of Appin, Australia. As an establishment and point of interest, we are dedicated to making a difference in the lives of children battling cancer.

Thanks to the incredible support of our generous partners at Mulgoa Sanctuary, Mulgoa Quarries, and McDonald Jones Homes, we are proud to announce that the house built with love was sold for an astonishing $1.795M on Sunday 14th November! This gorgeous four-bedroom luxury home has become our most successful Build for a Cure project to date, with 100% of the proceeds from the sale going towards funding childhood cancer research.

None of this would have been possible without the unwavering support of our build partners at McDonald Jones, our land partners Mulgoa Sanctuary, Mulgoa Quarries, and the countless trades and suppliers who have contributed to this incredible cause. In Australia, 20 children are diagnosed with cancer every week. At Children's Cancer Institute, our sole purpose is to put an end to childhood cancer through groundbreaking research. We are not simply hoping for a cure, but actively working towards it.

All funds raised through Build for a Cure will be directed towards our vital medical research, ensuring that one day we will be able to cure all children of cancer. Your support in this endeavor is invaluable and greatly appreciated.

We would also like to take a moment to acknowledge the Gadigal and Bidigal people as the Traditional Custodians of the unceded land we work on. We pay our respects to the Elders, both past and present, and honor their cultural and spiritual connections to the land, water, and sea. It is a privilege for us to learn from their rich contributions to society and science as we strive towards finding a cure for all children with cancer.
